Terms of service

These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the Desi Dimensions website (operated by Relentlesh Enterprises) and any products or services purchased through it. By placing an order, you agree to the terms below.

1. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, with exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Pune, Maharashtra.

2. Intellectual Property

Any photo, design, or file you upload for production remains your property at all times. We do not claim ownership over customer-submitted content.

All customer files are treated as confidential by default, equivalent to an NDA, unless you explicitly give us permission to use, share, or showcase them (for example, in our portfolio or social media).

We use cloud-connected printing equipment as part of our production setup. If your design or file must not leave your local machine or be processed via cloud-connected systems for confidentiality reasons, it is your responsibility to inform us in writing before sending the file, so we can arrange offline handling accordingly. Unless such a request is made, files will be processed through our standard production workflow.

Our own designs, STL files, product photography, branding, and website content remain the property of Relentlesh Enterprises and may not be reproduced or redistributed without permission.

3. Termination

We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or terminate any order at our discretion, including in cases of suspected misuse, fraudulent activity, or violation of these terms. Refunds for cancelled orders will follow our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

4. Limitation of Liability

Relentlesh Enterprises is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services. Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount paid for that order.
